WELCOME TO THE 2000 Class Association Latitude Series 7th & 8th June 2025 West Riding Sailing Club
Race dates: Saturday 7th June 2025 - 3-4 races Sunday 8th June 2025 - 2-4 races
Times: Saturday 7th June 2025 is 12:00 hrs - Sunday 8th June 2025 is 10:00 hrs A briefing will be held on Saturday at 10:45 hrs
Registration: Competitors can register in the WRSC clubhouse from 0900hrs on Saturday 7th June.

There are 3 weekend packages available:
Option 1 - £95 - All Inclusive Food And Sailing For The Whole Weekend For Two People
Fee: Entry fee per boat - Full event (7th & 8th June): £35
Food - £30 per person x 2 This includes: Saturday Breakfast, Saturday Lunch, Saturday Evening Meal, Sunday Breakfast, Sunday Lunch. All food must be booked by the 1st June 2025.
Don't forget to let us know if you have any dietary requirements on your booking form. WRSC is happy to cater for these. A full Menu for the weekend to be communicated closer to the event date.
FREE camping: Free camping is available with this package. WRSC has hot showers and toilets. These facilities are available 247 over the weekend. Please let us know on your booking for if you would like to camp.
Option 2 - £35 plus selected food - Sailing And Selected Meals During The Weekend
Fees: Entry fee per boat - Full event (7th & 8th June): £35
Food: Separate booking costs each person per meal.
If you don't want to go for the full weekend food package you can book any of the following meals, as an optional extra, at an additional cost.
Opt. Ex. Saturday Breakfast - £5.50
Opt. Ex. Saturday Lunch - £5.50
Opt. Ex. Saturday Evening Meal - £12.50
Opt. Ex. Sunday Breakfast - £5.50
Opt. Ex. Sunday Lunch - £5.50
To order your food on the booking from just selected the date and meal and add the number of meals you need. All food must be booked by the 1st June 2025.

Option 3 - £35 - Sailing Only Weekend
Fees: Entry fee per boat - Full event (7th & 8th June): £35
Food and facilities: WRSC has tea and coffee making facilities and a bar. These will be available to visitors throughout the entire event. You are welcome to bring your own food on-site, BUT the WRSC kitchen will out of use to visitors due to event catering.

All food must be booked in advance by the 1st June 2025. Requests on the day maybe refused at the discretion of the galley.

Please ensure that you have read both the WRSC 2k 2025 Latitude Series NOR and the WRSC 2K Sailing Instructions 2025.

The regatta will be governed by the rules as defined in The ISAF Racing Rules of Sailing 2021 - 2024.

The rules of the 2000 Class Association will apply.

All Entries should be made in advance via our online booking form.

Boats and equipment may be inspected at any time for compliance with class rules.

At least one member of a boats crew MUST be a current member of the 2000 Class Association.

By signing up to the WRSC 2k 2025 Latitude Series you are agreeing that you are happy with any video or photography or you, crew or guest to the club to be used internal or external WRSC club promotion. Parent/Guardian Declarations: All helms and crews under 18 years of age during the event shall submit signed Parent/Guardian Declarations on the day of the event.
