Workday Sunday 28th February |

|
|
There is a workday on Sunday 28th February 2010 starting at 10am.
Please can everyone make the effort to attend as we need to finish the work on the new Laser fence and remove the old fence. We have a skipped booked so it is important we fill it on Sunday. Please bring angle grinders, wire cutters, gloves and general tools.
The workday will conclude with the ever popular Commodore's Beer and will be followed by the AGM.

Whilst there are at last signs of a thaw, access to the club remains difficult with icy roads and the lake is still frozen over. We have again taken the decision cancel sailing on Sunday 17th January. Hopefully the Brass Monkeys can return on Sunday 24th January.

We have taken the decision to cancel sailing on Sunday 10th January due to the adverse weather conditions we are experiencing. The country roads leading to the club are deep in snow and the lake is completely frozen over.

Abi and Jonny are now the lucky owners of a shiny new baby boy. He arrived 10 days early on Monday 28th December at weighed in at 6lbs 7oz. The young lad still has no name...

Update: There is now a name. Tom Limebear is the young lad's name.
